01

Getting started

What is NurseApt NCLEX Exam Prep?

NurseApt NCLEX Exam Prep is a comprehensive nursing exam-preparation platform designed to help learners practice the Next Generation NCLEX approach. It brings multiple question formats, study modes, rationales, NCLEX Tips, Clinical Pearls, and progress tools into one learning experience.

Is the app available now?

Yes. NurseApt NCLEX Exam Prep is available now on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Where can I download it?

Use the official store buttons on this website to download NurseApt from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Will the app be free to download?

Yes. The app is free to download, with free daily practice and optional premium access available inside the app.

02

Practice & content

How many questions are included?

The current RN release includes 1,007 original practice questions across eight question formats. Question counts may expand through future content updates.

Which question formats are included?

The question bank includes Multiple Choice, Select All That Apply, Bow-Tie, Matrix, Trend, Highlight, Drop-Down, and Cloze questions.

Are these actual NCLEX questions?

No. NurseApt questions are independently developed educational materials. They are not recalled, copied, or official examination questions.

What learning support appears after a question?

Depending on the item, learners may receive an answer rationale, an NCLEX Tip, and a Clinical Pearl to reinforce the reasoning and related nursing concept.

What study modes are included?

The experience includes daily questions, focused practice, custom sessions, mock exams, bookmarks, answer review, session history, and progress insights.

Does NurseApt include mock exams?

Yes. NurseApt includes timed mock-exam options with 75, 135, and 150-question presets, followed by performance review and learning feedback. Availability may vary by app version and platform.

Does the app offer a CAT-style exam?

NurseApt provides an exam-style practice experience that supports pacing, endurance, and clinical-judgment practice. It does not reproduce the official NCLEX computerized adaptive testing algorithm, item-selection process, stopping rules, or scoring system, and results should not be interpreted as an official NCLEX prediction.

Will I be able to review my mock-exam answers?

The review experience allows learners to examine their responses and educational feedback after completing an eligible session. Exact timing and review behavior may vary by exam mode.

Is this for RN or LPN/PN candidates?

The first release is focused on the NCLEX-RN. An NCLEX-PN/LPN version is planned for a later stage and will be announced separately.

03

Pricing & access

Can I practice without paying?

Yes. The free option includes up to 20 practice questions per day, allowing learners to explore and continue using the platform without purchasing premium access.

What are the premium prices?

The current listed options are $2.99 for three-day access, $7.99 per month, and $39.99 per year. Pricing, taxes, currency, and availability may vary by country, platform, and app store.

What is included with premium access?

Premium access unlocks the complete available question bank, all supported NGN formats, rationales, NCLEX Tips, Clinical Pearls, practice tools, mock exams, bookmarks, session history, and progress insights.

Where will payments and subscriptions be managed?

Purchases, subscription management, renewals, cancellations, and eligible restorations are handled through the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play account. Complete terms are displayed before purchase.

Will the three-day access renew automatically?

No. The $2.99 3-Day Pass is a one-time purchase that provides exactly 72 hours of premium access from the verified purchase timestamp. It does not renew automatically. Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Can I restore a previous purchase?

Eligible app-store purchases can be restored through the account used to make the purchase by using the available restore-purchase option.

Can I request a refund?

Refund eligibility is determined under the rules of the store that processed the purchase and applicable law. Apple handles App Store refund requests. Google Play handles Google Play refund requests or routes eligible cases to the developer. NurseApt support can help identify the correct purchase channel but cannot directly approve or issue a refund controlled solely by an app store.

What if I was charged but premium access did not appear?

First confirm that you are signed in with the NurseApt account and app-store account used for the purchase, then try the available restore-purchase option. If access is still missing, contact support@nurseapt.com with the purchase date, platform, and non-sensitive transaction information. Do not send complete payment-card details.

04

Accounts & progress

Will I need an account?

An account is used for features that require saved access and progress, such as purchase recognition, session history, bookmarks, and learning insights.

Will my progress be saved?

The account experience saves relevant learning activity such as completed sessions, bookmarks, and performance information. Synchronization behavior may vary by app version and platform.

Can I use the same account on more than one device?

Cross-device access may be available when supported by the account, app version, and app-store configuration. Contact support if expected access or progress does not appear on another device.

What if I forget my password?

Email-based accounts can request a secure password reset through the sign-in screen.

How can I request account deletion?

Use the Account & Data Deletion page linked in the website footer to prepare a request without opening the app. In the app, the same request can be initiated under More → Settings → Delete Account. Deleting a NurseApt account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, which must be cancelled separately through the applicable store.

05

Exams & responsible use

Does using NurseApt guarantee that I will pass?

No. NurseApt is an educational practice resource. Use or purchase does not guarantee examination eligibility, a passing score, licensure, certification, employment, or any particular outcome.

Is NurseApt affiliated with NCSBN or Pearson VUE?

No. NurseApt is independently developed and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by NCSBN, Pearson VUE, any state board of nursing, or a nursing specialty certification organization.

Can I use the app for real patient-care decisions?

No. The platform is designed for education and exam practice. It is not medical advice, a current drug reference, institutional policy, clinical supervision, or a substitute for professional nursing judgment.

Should I still review the official NCLEX test plan?

Yes. Candidates should verify current eligibility, registration, exam rules, and test-plan information through the official examination administrator and their nursing regulatory body.
